Teen Miss Santa Rosa County Caroline had a great time at Blackwater Saddle Clubs Barrel Race, Patriotic Horse Costume Contest, and their cake walk. She judged the costume contest and called out the numbers for the cake walk. Thank you Blackwater Saddle Club.
