Isla is very excited to volunteer for the Escambia County Animal Shelter! She adores all animals, especially cats. Isla has two rescued cats of her own named Reagan and Bonnie. She knows how important it is to rescue animals from the shelter that are seeking a loving home and to keep them happy while they are waiting. Many of our shelters are overpopulated so it is very important to provide requested items that the animals need such as food, toys, and old blankets to keep them warm. Many animals at the shelter are scared and need help with socializing. Isla hopes to help socialize cats and dogs at the shelter to make them more adoptable by giving them pets and helping walk dogs.
